Transitioning from an acting background, she has honed her craft in the Danish television industry, contributing as a second unit and assistant director on acclaimed dramas such as Ride Upon the Storm and The Rain.

Since 2015, Hancock has focused on writing and directing, developing several long-form comedy projects for film and television. Her recent expansion into commercials reflects her signature style—energetic, character-centric narratives with a sharp, dry wit.

Laura is recognized for her collaborative spirit and ability to connect with performers, particularly children and untrained talent. Her background in acting and music, including a notable freestyle rap victory at Roskilde Festival, enriches her directorial approach, blending performance sensitivity with a passion for sound and rhythm.
